Slowing Things Down on Day 24

The past couple of days have been really intense and so its time to slow things down a bit.

Now, without even thinking about it, if you have been consistent with this challenge then you will begin to see your body changing.

But there is something else that is happening. Your mind is also changing and you are beginning to view things differently.

This is a side effect of yoga. You begin to focus less on the things that do not matter and focus more on the things that do.

So on day 24, as things are being slowed down, you can just reflect on what a mighty journey this has been and the growth that you have seen take place.
