And if you have kids of your own, now would be a good time to get them involved in your workout.
It is time to have fun. Besides you deserve to be rewarded for all the hard work over this challenge and how hard it has been to make a conscious decision everyday to complete this task.
If you missed a few days or had to start over a few times, celebrations are still in order. Don’t be too hard on yourself.
