Day 17 is all about boosting your happiness chi by releasing all your happiness hormones.
Start this session off with an attitude of gratitude and spend the next 30 minutes continuing in that zone and finding the positives in your life to focus on.
Work on exercising the spine and pelvis and then going to the belly and the core.
You will notice how as each day of the challenge passes, you will get to know more about yourself and truly understand where you are physically, mentally and spiritually.
