Freedom and Forgiveness on Day 23

| There is something that happens mentally, physically and spiritually when you forgive people for the wrong that they have done.
We have heard it over and over that holding on to anger or grudges will only hurt you and it really is true.
Harboring this bad energy will only make it more difficult for you to move on with your life and accomplish your goals.
Stepping into day 23 requires you to forgive yourself and others for things that have happened in the past.
It also requires you to commit to change and to letting go of things that are not beneficial to you.
