| I bet you thought that you wouldn’t even make it this far but, you did and we are very proud of the effort that you have put out so far.
But you can’t stop now! Day 6 is all about toning and strengthening your core.
Remember this is a journey to getting to know your body in a new way and all you have to do is just take it one step at a time.
