We all love to talk about taking the first step to getting the body that we want but day 2 is even more important than day 1 as it marks the consistent effort to create a new habit.

After introducing your body to the basic moves and poses of yoga, day 2 helps you to soothe the muscles that would have been awakened.

So don’t be deterred by a little bit of pain… remember no pain, no gain.
