| Yoga is all about getting to know yourself but it is also about fun and enjoying the movement of your body while you breathe.
This short sequence of movements starts off with the basics such as breathing and stretching but continues into movements that will be interesting and fun.
By day 18, you should be able to take on many of these movements and be more successful in their execution.
This video is a combination of all that you have learned thus far and it will also prepare you for the next day.
